During the 1980’s Kim Artz began the business of selling and repairing spas. Over the years his business grew to include the sale of pellet stoves, pool and spa chemicals and various other products along the way. After almost two decades in the business Kim sold Best Pools, Spas and Stoves to John and Lisa Horvath. John and Lisa are committed to high quality products and excellent customer service. Prior to their purchase of Best Pools, Spas and Stoves, John and Lisa had been owners of both a spa and stove and knew first hand the frustration of poor quality and the difficulty in finding someone to provide the service they needed. This experience further enhances their commitment to provide their customers with professional and outstanding service and to ensure that the products they sell are superior in quality. Assisting John and Lisa are Chris Hess and Matt Delong. Chris has been employed with Best Pools Spas and Stoves for nearly a decade and is certified in the repair and service of the spa and stove lines sold. His strong work ethic, extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor are just a few reasons Chris is such an important member of the team. Matt joined the team in early 2005 and his soft-spoken approach makes all the customers feel at ease when making a purchase.
